Answer the question:

1. As a future educator how will you involve yourself or support the inclusive education
program of our country? (Per group member – 3 to 5 sentences)

As one of those future educators, I myself will be the one to promote inclusive
education. Support to embrace and celebrate every child's uniqueness, treat all children
and their families equally and with respect, include and support every child, regardless of
diversities we have. I will share it and inspire others to also do this because I believe bigger
things come on small things. And If you are the only one who does those things there will
be other people who will see the importance and the reason why you love and continue
doing this.

As a future educator, I will support them by teaching my learners about the

importance of inclusivity and diversity in our society. I will make my learners be aware of
the inclusive education in my country. Since I will be teaching High School students and
they have a much better understanding of these things. I don't think it would be hard for
them to understand what inclusive education is and its importance. And if one of my
learners is a part of inclusive education, I will try my very best to attain their needs as an
individual with a disability.

Teachers can foster a more profound comprehension of a kid's requirements and

how they can advance consideration by creating organizations through correspondence,
coordinated effort and meeting. Cooperation depends on common trust and regard.
Inclusion is about diversity, it’s about providing an environment where all children can
take part in activities and succeed. It’s important for Educators to celebrate the benefits of
diversity. So, I can say that I am so proud to promote Inclusive Education to my country.

As a future educator I'm going to involve myself by supporting them to advocate

that students' educational and support needs are adequately addressed in ways consistent
with idea, state standard, and evidence based practices.

Educators can develop a deeper understanding of a child's needs and how they can
promote inclusion by developing partnerships through communication, collaboration and
consultation. This is achieved by making adjustments to the delivery or mode of
assessment, without changing the way the assessment is judged or marked.

As a future educator, I will uphold the comprehensive instruction by granting my

insight to the youngsters out of luck. I will do what I've realized is the best way to deal with
the kids with incapacities. Since even they are disable, yet they can become effective in
their profession and in their life.

As a future educator, I support inclusive education by allowing myself to know and

explore this kind of program which can help for me to be familiarized and able to be ready
in this kind of setup in the future when I become an educator. I will use my knowledge to
facilitate, guide and help my learners in this kind of environment.
