By Quarter

We will Create a Session When we Create the session as below and if we choose by Quarter the things
that change are as following

First, we will create 1 Session then after creating the session, in that session we will Create as many
Semesters as we want
then after Creating those semesters; we can Create as many Quarters as we want in the Semesters.

Then in the quarters that are created in those quarters we can Create as many exams as we want but
we will only have 1 Continuous Assessment in a quarter that will be added in that quarter with the
exams created and will give us the quarter ranking (Instead of Semester ranking)
 then after the quarters are calculated by themselves having total average and rank, we will have
semester ranking by adding the quarters and dividing them with the number of quarters to give
semester average. Then display any number of semesters there are that will be what is displayed on the
certificate. That is by quarter but when it is by quarter plus it will then add the semester averages and
calculate Yearly average and that will be displayed on the Certificate.
