ASSESS 1

There are several factors to consider in order for an effective teaching-learning process
to occur. This module's Learner-Centered Psychological Principles are one of them. It appears
utopian, especially to freshly recruited teachers who require significant adjustment. The
learner-centered teaching-learning process, on the other hand, is promoted. As adaptable
learning facilitators who consider the learners' best interests, the Learner-Centered
Psychological Principles are a huge assistance.
Cognitive and metacognitive variables work together to shape a child's mental learning
processes and style of thinking about their thinking. It is the learners' responsibility to properly
create meaning from a specific learning experience, and they will subsequently link what they
have learned to the new knowledge gained. Provided with a variety of exercises and learning
approaches from an instructor in order to enhance HOTS. However, I believe that environmental
variables impact learning. Learning happens outside of the classroom as well. For example, the subject-
verb agreement lesson isn't particularly useful to my students because they won't be able to use it in
their daily lives. They are more interested in lessons such as gardening. Because they are taught from a
young age to assist their parents on the farm. They place a greater emphasis on learning about the facts
of life that they can relate to and will use in their daily lives rather than those that they cannot relate to
and will not be used in their daily lives. Another aspect is motivation and emotional variables, both of
which are important in the learning process. This aspect of learning is concerned with students' attitudes
toward their education and the classroom environment. Failure to engage learners in a course or activity
is defined as a failure to motivate them. As a result, we should put in more effort in this area. For
example, one of my students does not usually participate in class. As a result, I provide him with internal
motivation. I congratulate him on a job well done, and I recognize his accomplishments in quizzes and
exams. Then, anytime he received a high score, I would give him a treat. As time goes on, I believe he is
organically driven as he develops a passion for learning and completes well-executed assignments. No
matter how many concepts and techniques are offered, the teaching-learning process is useless unless it
is accompanied by a teacher's devotion and effort. This ideas and techniques, like those of our students,
are only useful if we can put them into practice in our classrooms.

E. CHALLENGE 1

#1. There are several educational, motivating, and successful techniques in this statement. Simply
choose those that relate to the type of learner we have to make learning pleasant and engaging. Serve
them any favor they enjoy. We have a lot of options, just like in life. Choose what works best for you.

# 2. When new and current knowledge is organized around the discipline's key concepts and principles,
learning with comprehension takes on a smooth. Illustrative and constructive examples that are realistic
and useful in a real-life setting can bind the acquired information totally. Students like applications that
require them to get their hands dirty by requiring them to apply what they have learned. Learners have
diverse methods, approaches, patterns of skills, and learning styles as a result of their genetics and past
experiences interacting. As a result, a competent teacher must be able to distinguish between quick and
slow learners in order to balance them out.
