As Operations Director, my primary responsibility is delivering the sales volume
of the company.
Over the years, the company has really invested in making sure that we have
acceptable product and that we deliver, produce day in and day out consistently
with the same quality.
Through the fourteen years that I’ve been here, I have seen this company grow by
leaps and bounds to where it is now. And it’s been very fulfilling.
In Marketing, it’s our job to come up with new products that the customer will
love.
Aside from that we also produce, TV commercial and promotional materials to
make the public aware of our product.
The tagline of our founder, Ms. Nina Vergel de Dios was “We bake real
goodness”.
But eventually our product line became wider, were not just a bakery. So now it’s
“Always real goodness”.
I guess the pursuit of real goodness is never-ending.
People are the most important asset in any organization.
At Lemon Square, management puts premium to its human resources.
Employees care about each other. There is sharing that happens.
Information is the key driver in any business.
The faster the information you provide, the more agile the business will be.
