Subject: Permission Letter for Training Module.

On behalf of the Grade 12 General Academic Strand (GAS) and Accountancy, Business
and Management (ABM) Strand students, we are writing this permission letter to you as to
conduct a Training Module in your chapel.

Together with the guidance of our adviser Mr. Karl Matthew J. Obiena, we decided to
conduct a training module entitled “Strengthening Youth Commitment in the Church through
Empowering Peer Relationships”. This Training Module serves as our Final First Quarterly
Exam in the first semester.
For that, your chapel is the best option to carry out this module. In this case, we need
your support to encourage your chapel youth to participate in the said event. The Training
Module will be held at Birhen sa Rosario Chapel, Highway, Sinangguyan, Don Carlos, Bukidnon
on September 28, 2019 at 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon.
