process timeline.

Let’s go over each step of your journey to study in France for the Jan’22 intake.
Getting Started With University Selection:
By Mid-September 2021

It’s never too early to start researching about and identifying potential universities or business schools for your study in France expedition. After all, if you’re
not clear about your choices from the beginning, you will eventually get confused later on. So how do you decide what’s the best option for you? Keep the
following tips in mind while selecting your preferred university or business school:

(A) If you have a preference to stay in a particular city of France, look for universities located in and around that province. This gives you a good head start in
your search for the right university.

(B) Another important factor to consider while choosing the university or business school in France is the rankings and accreditations. These parameters
indicate the level of quality and authenticity of the educational institutions.

(C) Once you’ve shortlisted a certain number of universities, be sure to check their websites and get detailed information before making the final decision.

(D) At the same time, do some preliminary research on accommodation options to avoid the last-minute rush.
Submitting Admission Application:
By End of September 2021

Now that you have the final list of universities in your hand, it’s time to start preparing and submitting admission applications. Make sure to apply only to those
universities or business schools that offer international programmes for study abroad aspirants. Equally important is the application you draft which must
accurately reflect all your academic and non-academic strengths. Keep the following tips in mind at this stage:

(A) Your application document must be entirely complete with all personal and academic documents, including 2 Letters of Recommendation.

(B) Start drafting your SOP at least 2 weeks prior to the final submission date. Note down what makes you a unique candidate for the university and showcase
your fortes.

(C) For English proficiency, you will be required to either submit your IELTS score or apply through MOI i.e. Medium Of Instruction letter.

Most importantly, you need to complete and submit your admission application during the 4th week of September at the latest.
Attending Admission Interviews:
By 1st week of October 2021
Within a few days, you will start receiving responses from the universities/business schools where you have applied. Accordingly, you will have to appear for
university admission interviews.

Most universities & business schools in France arrange a live interview between the students and the representatives. But certain universities also make it
mandatory for students to give software-based pre-recorded interviews on platforms like Easy Recrue and Visiotalent. In simple words, you will have to record
a video of yourself answering a set of questions and upload it on the preferred platform.

Among other things, the purpose of these interviews is to test your language skills and motivation behind selecting the university/business school.

Paying Tuition Fees or Tuition Deposit:

By Mid-October 2021
Once you successfully clear the interview rounds, you will receive Admission Offer letters from the interested universities. Make your final decision as soon as
possible and confirm your admissions by paying a partial amount or full academic fee (depending on the university). You must complete this step and decide
on your destination by no later than Mid- October month.
