• Initiated: In this case customer has connected to payment page, however the payment page process is killed by the customer or no activity was perform further by the end
customer.
• Aborted/ Transaction aborted by system : transaction aborted by system Which means Customer reached CCAvenue billing shipping page -> selected the bank option ->
clicked on submit button . However on reaching the bank page he/she dropped the transaction, for reasons best known to them. These transactions were not even updated
on reconciliation. Thus it is clear that the customer was NOT CHARGED and has dropped the transaction mid-way.
• Successful: Transaction is successful and merchant needs to confirm / Capture the Order on PG Portal
• Aborted/ Transaction aborted at the bank end : The transactions are dropped by the customer at the bank page, amount is not charged to the customer.
• Aborted/Browser closed/Cancel reason is not specified by the customer : This is self-explanatory, customer itself dropped the transaction at PG. Unsuccessful: The
transactions are declined by the bank, for security concerns bank does not enclose the reason to PG. Please inform the customers to contact the bank to know the reason for
failure. Wherever we have received the response which is mentioned in the sheet, please refer the same.
• Awaited: Transaction is processed from billing shipping/payment page but no response is received from the bank in real time. These transaction get updated after 24hours
once the reconciliation procedure is completed from our end.

IMP NOTES:
Do not attempt your transaction second time if you have already attempted, please
check if amount is debited from your bank account.
If amount is debited and not updated in University website, then please mail or contact
to our respective department or section.
