1. What problems does Robin Hood have? What issues need to be addressed?

Another issue is the increasing power of the sheriff. Even while Robin Hood and his
Merrymen have undermined the sheriff for the last year he has gotten stronger and more
organized.

The vision statement Rob the rich helps the poor did not transition with the environment
and budget constraints.
It is a transition challenge of having the command and conquer.
The Sherriff made a legitimate cause to fit the populist.

Mission -> Save the King/Find a sustainable income source

Objectives => what to accomplish, Redefine New Obj => Distribute Wealth & Help The
Needy

Why do they need to rob the Rich if the rich is good guy?

2. What strategic options does Robin Hood have? Is continuing with the present
strategy an option or is the present strategy obsolete?

3. Why not try to end the campaign by killing the Sheriff?

Killing is not a sustainable way. Another bad sheriff will come again. It is not a means to
the end to the root problem.
4. What are the pros and cons of accepting the offer of the barons to assist in securing
King Richard’s release from prison?

Pro: King might give in to the demand to support Robin and the team, received amnesty
from Barons as strength in numbers

Con: No guarantee from the King will support him, if failed in saving the king all his
team might be killed by Prince John

5. What action plan would you recommend to Robin?

Robin to sneak into the prison to have a mutual agreement with the King first before
executing the Save the King plan.

Source out the Good Rich People and form an alliance with the overall plan

6. How should Robin implement the recommended plan? What action steps will need
to be taken to make the recommended strategy work successfully?
