INVITATION TO TENDER

CONTRACT NAME: INVITATION TO BID FOR CONSTRUCTION OF G+1
RESIDENTIAL BUILDING
PROCUREMET REFERANCE NUMBER: A1/PRO/001/2011
1. GROUP 4 MEMBERS has as allocated sufficient budget to be used for the procurement
of the construction of G+1 Residential Building Program. The site is located Toni Farm,
Dire Dawa, Ethiopia. The intended completion date for the whole of the work will in 180
calendar days.
2. The employer invites scaled bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the
construction of G+1 residential building program at Dire Dawa Ethiopia.
3. Interested bidder shall submit certificate of registration from ministry of work and urban
development renewed for 2011 Ethiopian local year and other appropriate documentary
evidences demonstrating the bidder’s compliance, and is open to all bidders from eligible
source countries. This shall include; Trading license renewed for 2011 E.C, Tax
clearance certificate valid at bidding date and VAT registrations certificate.
4. Bidding will be conducted in accordance With the National Competitive Bidding NCB
procedure contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Federal Government
of Ethiopia and is open to all bidders as specified and defined in the Bidding Document.
5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding
documents at the address given below during working hour.
6. A complete set of bidding document prepared in English language may be collected by
interested bidders at the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
Ethiopian Birr 1000 birr. The method of payment will be in cash. The document will be
purchased by hand. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before October 12, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.
Bids will be opened by the owner and will be announced to the bidder based on the
evaluation criteria.( Town/city: Dire dawa Ethiopia )
8. GROUP 4 MEMBERS, reserves the right to accept any or reject any or all bids.
9. The actual quantity of the works may be nearly stated in the bill of quantities. The Works
may be greater or lower than the one set in BOQ, the payment shall be made on the actual
measurement and No claim shall be entertained for the difference what so ever the
difference will be.
