I. OBJECTIVES:

• To create a local trademark of coffee that can compete with international


products.
• Produce high quality and low-cost/affordable coffee.
• To provide various types of innovative coffee products based on customer tastes
and preferences.

II. PRODUCT:
NAME: KAFÉ LOKAL

KAFÉ LOKAL coffee beverages is based on a ‘shot’ of espresso made from Benguet’s
Arabica Coffee, which is prepared manually by forcing heated water through ground
coffee at high pressure. Such espresso shots are combined with steamed milk and other
additives like cocoa, caramel to prepare the espresso-based beverages packed in a
tetrahedron-shaped plastic-coated paper carton.
