VOICE OVER SCRIPT FOR PILOT TESTING

Intro:
-COVID-19 Pandemic brought many lives into a pause affecting their livelihood, lifestyle, health, and
education. The health crisis has affected the educator sector causing more children and youth around the
globe to be out of school. It has become a global learning crisis since many students missed the fundamental
skills needed for life. Despite the limited movements and the threat of the infectious virus, the Department of
Education continues to offer quality education in any way possible. Thus, four modalities have been proposed:
Modular Distance Learning Modality, Online Distance Learning, TV Based/Radio-Based Instruction, and
Blended Distance Learning.
-The Division of Davao del Sur, based on the Learner’s Enrolment Survey Form result, will employ the Modular
Distance Learning Modality also known as ‘Project Hatud’ with three other modalities as supplemental. Like
so, Gov. Nonito D. Llanos Sr. National High School accommodated the same program but modified as ‘Project
Kuha’ wherein parents will get the modules from the school instead of delivering to them.
-Last August 4, 2020, Gov. Nonito D. Llanos Sr. National High School participated in the simultaneous Pilot
Testing of the Modular Distance Learning Modality in the subject Personality Development for the Grade 12. It
was monitored by Mr. Clarence Pillerin, Education Program Supervisor.
-Advisers prepared the modules on their designated distribution area and observed standard health protocols
such as wearing masks and face shields and disinfecting the modules in advance.
- Before entering the school premise, parents went on queue with one- meter distance from each other.
-Next, they went through the entrance that leads to the handwashing area.
-After washing their hands, their temperatures were checked using a thermal scanner. An isolation area was
also prepared in case a parent has a higher temperature than normal.
-Once temperatures were checked, they proceeded to the logbook area.
-Using the directory, parents proceeded to the distribution area where the name of their child was assigned
to.
-After they got the modules, they signed a form that proves their receipt of the modules.
-Parents were also reminded to avoid loitering inside the school premises.
-After the Pilot Testing, feedbacking on the necessary improvements was done together with the monitor Mr.
Pillerin.
-August 6, 2020 was the scheduled date for the retrieval of the modules.
