Strengths: Whats app is easy application, and it is being used by 2 billion users worldwide as
of today. It is convenient application to use for calls and messaging.
Weakness: WhatsApp need internet to process any task. Senior citizens still not be able to
formal with WhatsApp. Calls quality is not better. We can call or message only those members
who is using WhatsApp.
Opportunity: Entering into big digital payment servicing where we have multiple
opportunities are available. Customers are more depends on digital payment service in spite
using cash service.
Threat: Already big brands like google pay, phone pay, banks, PayPal they are already using
this digital payment service option. Customers are frequently using these app. So will they be
ready to use this application. As WhatsApp is completely based on entertainment.

 Payment option must be developed on WhatsApp chat screen.
 In Payment option it shows all the top 10 banks names and credit card linking
option.
 Option to connect bank payment link through UPI secure pin.
 Option to send money or reject the request for payment.
 QR code option to be displayed for each WhatsApp user.
 Request options need to be created for payment.

We can create group also and through group also we can do messaging.
 WhatsApp Voice call – This option is useful for calling a person , friend or any family

 Payment – Through this option we can link our bank account details , debit card and
credit card details. We can send money to any one in our contact list.

What are the facilities or features the are out of scope or cannot be implemented at present?

 Stakeholder WhatsApp User , Bank, Educational institute , Financial Institute and

Entertainment section.
 The Bank stakeholder need to provide bank platform to perform payment task.
 Financial Institute will be a big concern because they will be having a big firm and they
will be using robot WhatsApp so they cannot use this payment feature for them.
 Educational Institute cannot receive money through WhatsApp .
 We have to depend on banks to provide payment platform and it is supposed to be live
always as stakeholder can use any time this payment option.
 Bank server has to be good connectivity.

Write down all the functional requirements for the system.

 Need to develop Payment Tab and payment option has to be link with bank’s page .
 Need bank’s page to carry out transaction.

 Linking has to be done in payment tab where once payment is done notification has to
be received by both sender and receiver.
