1. Having taken the test and seen your results, what have you discovered about your identity and
your holistic development as an adolescent?
- Some young teens may find the process of discovering their own identities to be more difficult
than others. If you feel lost and unsure of who you are or where you belong, you can ask them
to share their experience with you to assist you. Interrogate them or me about how they or I
feel when they are with different people or participating in various activities. Please ask when
they feel the most connected, the most disconnected, or the most at ease. It may not be helpful
for teenagers to "be themselves" if they are experiencing difficulties, but providing
opportunities for self-reflection can help them create space to begin figuring out the answers
on their own.
