1. What is Doing Philosophy for me?
Doing Philosophy for me are asking the right questions, critically examining the work of previous
philosophers, truly understanding the works and the reasoning behind the works, and possibly
building on the works of previous philosophers by expanding or testing this methodology.

2. How is Doing philosophy for me?

For me doing philosophy is like doing math. The difference between thinking about numbers and doing
math is you take that thinking about numbers and apply it to problems. One of the common ways to do
philosophy is to chose a specific philosopher’s view on a question or a problem and present your response.
Doing philosophy is important to me because it enhances a my problem-solving capacities. It
helps me to analyze concepts, definitions, arguments, and problems. It contributes to my capacity to
organize ideas and issues, to deal with questions of value, and to extract what is essential from large
quantities of information .
