Cautions
Please read this manual before using the RMC-127C2 oxygen concentrator.
Important information is highlighted throughout this manual with the following terms:

◦ Use with the indicated product rating.


◦ Never open the outer case by anyone other than service personnel.
Contact with internal voltage can be very dangerous.
◦ Before operation, check the power and ground work.
◦ The oxygen concentrator inlet must be installed at least 20 seconds away from
the wall.
◦ Do not use devices that emit fire or harmful gases around the oxygen concentrator.
◦ Please clean the area around the oxygen concentrator and replace the intake filter
regularly. If the intake filter is clogged, it may shorten the life of the product or
cause a malfunction.
◦ In case of abnormal sound or other abnormal symptoms, do not disassemble
the product, turn off the power immediately and contact the place of purchase.
◦ Do not use near ignitable substances or open flames. Do not smoke nearby
when the oxygen concentrator is running. Do not use within 2 m of hot flammable
substances or exposed flame sources.
◦ Oxygen plays a role in promoting fire and spreading. Do not allow oxygen to be
supplied near bed covers and chair cushions.
◦ Do not immerse or leave the device in fluid, and do not expose it to dusty
conditions. Also, keep away from lint or other flammable materials that could
block the intake vents around the device.
◦ Do not use if there are signs of damage to the device or accessories.
◦ Do not install the device on an inclined floor.
◦ Do not use lubricants that have not been verified by the manufacturer on
devices or accessories.

◦ When not in use, the device should be kept in a clean, dry, and place where the
temperature is maintained between -30℃ and 60℃.
◦ Do not disassemble or modify devices or accessories other than those approved
by the manufacturer.
◦ Use only spare parts recommended by the manufacturer for proper functioning
of the device and to avoid the risk of fire and burns.
◦ Keep away from heat sources (stoves, heaters, etc.) that can raise the
temperature around the device to 40℃ or higher.
◦ Only accessories approved by the manufacturer should be used for the device.
The use of unapproved accessories may reduce the performance of the device.
◦ Do not place heavy objects on the device.
◦ Make sure that the intake and exhaust ports are not blocked while the machine
is operating. If the intake vents or exhaust vents are blocked, it may cause
internal overheating, downtime, or damage to the machine.
◦ Keep the device and its accessories out of reach of children, pets, and pests to
prevent damage or unintentional configuration changes.
◦ Be careful when touching the device in a high ambient temperature.
◦ Do not use if there are signs of damage to the device or accessories.
◦ There is a risk of tripping over the wires and piping or being wrapped around
the neck, and there is a risk of electric shock if damaged. Keep children and
pets out of reach.
◦ Always turn off the power before cleaning the device.
◦ The device concentrates and supplies oxygen from the surrounding air.
Therefore, if an oxygen concentrator is installed indoors, the indoor oxygen may
be unchanged or less.
◦ About 10 minutes or more after starting the operation of the machine is the
time to show the original performance of the machine.
◦ Oxygen concentration depends on the ventilation rate, occupants, and space
volume, depending on the ascent rate and maximum reach.
◦ If the device is used at high altitudes, the oxygen supply flow and concentration
performance may be negatively affected.
◦ If you feel sick or uncomfortable while using the device, stop using it and
consult a doctor or seek medical assistance.

This manual provides information on the RMC-127C2 oxygen

Configuration

The product package of the oxygen concentrator RMC-127C2 includes accessories and
user manuals to improve usability. Please ask your supplier for a full list of available
accessories. Before using the device, you should check the device and its accessories for
damage.

Even if the box or packaging shows signs of damage, such as slight wear or dents, the
device can still be used without problems. However, if you see any signs of damage
to the device or accessory, you should contact the supplier for further information.

Installation
When installing the oxygen generator, there are some things to consider about the power
supply and setting of the installation location.

Please refer to “1. Cautions”. Also, for product protection and safety from accidents, power
must be supplied through a circuit breaker.

Be sure to read the user manual and set up the device.

Power connection

Connect the device's power cord to a 230V power source.

Oxygen connection

A tube with an outer diameter of 6 mm is connected at the device.


The tube connects to the flow meter and humidifier.

Operation

The power cord must be connected to the power source prior to operation of the device.
The device is activated by pressing the operation button on the right side of device.
(Refer to 6page, Operation Button)

How to use Oxygen


Connect the 6mm tube enclosed as an accessory to the tube fitting at the bottom of the
oxygen concentrator.
Connect the 6mm tube to the right side of the flow meter Box, which is an enclosed
accessory.

Maintenance

When washing the device, be sure to perform it while the

Contamination on the exterior of the device is not related to the occurrence of device
failure. However, dust in the surrounding space accelerates the filter replacement cycle
in the device, and contamination of the filter is closely related to the occurrence of
device failure. Also, maintain the cleanliness around the equipment so that the air flow
through the intake and exhaust ports is not blocked.

There are three types of filters in this device. Contact the purchaser or manufacturer
for the necessary service according to the filter cycle of each filter.
