normally for a long time, users should use the product safely and correctly. In addition,
it is very important to use this equipment after having enough understanding of function
operations and repair of the equipment. Please read the equipment manuals completely and
carefully before using this product. The products are made in consideration of the safety of
people who use this product and patients as well as the product's credibility. Therefore,
(1) Only qualified persons like doctors or nurses have to use this equipment.
(2) Absolutely do not renovate the product.
(3) Do not try to adjust the fixed parts because this product is already adjusted enough.
(4) Follow the order to assemble or disassemble the product. It's very important that users.
follow the order. If not, it may cause an electric shock, equipment damage, or malfunction.
(5) If the equipment has a problem, turn off the power supply right away. Contact the company
that we appoint. The phone numbers that you can get are in the front side and the back side of
the manual.
(6) If this equipment breaks down, search for the cause of the trouble according to the manual.
When the method to repair it in the manual is not available, do not try to repair it randomly.

1. Situations that demand special attention for the use and safety of the equipment
note: The "note" indication is the matter that requires greater attention
of the users. So, they must use the equipment after knowing
"note" well enough.
Warning: Users can get physical trauma or shock if they disregard the
warnings when using this equipment. Therefore, they should use
this equipment after having a thorough understanding of the
contents of warnings.

1. Control panel: This control panel operates equipment. And it controls the course progress
of sterilization process.

2) Composition and function of the control panel
2.LCD Display: This displays sterilization pressure, sterilization temperature, sterilization time and
drying time while operating this equipment. In addition, this displays the process
[ Vacuum > Steam Supply > Sterilization > Exhaust > Dry > Completion ]
2. Condition Lamp: This displays if the temperature of jacket rises until the proper temperature.

MODE-2 is used when sterilizing materials that need low temperature sterilization method.
To use the dry exclusive program, the user can choose the program of MODE-3.
If so, the dry only program will operate during a set time.
① The user presses the select button and chooses the MODE-3 (LED lamp lights up.)
② If the user presses ENTER button, the cursor will appear on the sterilization temperature in LCD
③ display window. At this time, the user sets up the temperature range that he or she wants,
pressing "up" button or "down" button (121 ~ 134℃). Ex 132℃
If the user presses ENTER button, the cursor will move to the sterilization time.
At this time, the user sets up the sterilization time, pressing "up" button or "down" button (5~30
minutes). Ex. 10 minutes
④ If the user presses ENTER button, the cursor will move to the drying time. At this time, the user sets
up the drying time, pressing "up" button or "down" button.(0~60 hours). Ex. 10 minutes
TEST PROGRAM
VACUUM TEST : This is vacuum leak test program. First, the user chooses
VACUUM TEST with select button and presses START button.
If so, the vacuum test progresses in the chamber.

In the state that the vacuum of sterilization chamber is kept at -0.5bar for
Progress program 15 minutes, the change in the pressure should be within 10% of
the established vacuum (maximum degree of vacuum x 0.1%).
The user checks the change of vacuum degree established through the

START/STOP button
Start and stop button is button for start and stop of sterilization program.
In the preparatory state, START function will be carried out if the user presses
this button. But, if the user presses STOP button in progress, all progress process
will be stopped

Electrical Installation Requirements
1) This product needs the electric line voltage of AC380V, three-phase four-wire system( L1,L2,L3,N).
Install the terminal box at the location of about 1.5m from the floor around the area that the equipment
is installed.
2) Install the 4 pole circuit breaker having more than 30A current capacity inside the terminal box for
exclusive sterilizers. ( Power consumption of this product: Max, 15,000W (15.0KW)
Power requirement: Max, 14,000W (14.0KW)
3) Ways to establish
(1) Move this product to the place to be established. When you move it, use the moving equipment
because the weight (more than 470 kg) of the product is too heavy.
(2) An expert engineer should establish this product by the order of installation manual.
(3) The level floor that the equipment will be established should be kept in the horizontal position.
(4) This equipment should be placed more than 400mm away from the wall for ventilation and
the best follow-up service.
(5) This equipment should be fixed at the place where it is installed. Also, the fixed feet should be fixed
on the spot.
(6) Open the cover of the control box lying on the back of the equipment. Next, the socket (terminal) of circuit
breaker and the circuit breaker installed against the wall should be connected to the electrical cable
(the electrical cable that is more than a thickness of 10 SQUARE should be used ).
(7) If the electrical work finishes, the water supply pipe in the equipment and the water supply line in the wall
should be connected by Ø 15 stainless pipe or pipe having equal internal pressure and heat resistance.

After they are connected, the engineer should check the water leakage after turning on the city water.
(8) If the plumbing for the water supply line is completed, the drain part of the product and the floor drain
should be connected by Ø 40 stainless pipe or pipe having more than equal internal pressure and heat
resistance.
(9) If all the other electrical system and the connection of the drain line are completed, turn on the power
supply switch and check if the boiler water supply is normally working well.
(10) The ground connection should be connected certainly.

6. Use Method
1) Preparatory matters before using
① Have air change in the room where the equipment will be established to keep the atmosphere fresh.
② Open the door of the chamber and clean up the bottom in the chamber ( Remove foreign substances
③ Check to see if the circuit breaker in the terminal box is turned on.
④ Check to see if the valve for water supply is open. If it is closed, it should be open.
⑤ After power supply is turned on, check to see if the boiler water level keeps level 3 on the LCD monitor
( If the water level in the tank is low, water is automatically supplied to the boiler by the supply pump.
And if the boiler water level is more than level 2, the boiler heater will work and preheat).
⑥ The user opens the door of the sterilizer, loads the materials to be sterilized into the tray safely,
⑦ When the user closes the door, check to see if the materials got stuck at the door.
⑧ Read the manual to know how to use before using the equipment.
⑨ This equipment generates high temperature and high pressure. Therefore, only the person in charge

2).Cleaning and Packaging
◆ The user should wash the medical instruments right after using them. If they are not washed for a long time,
dirty things or impurities are coagulated and are not easy to be dissolved or cleaned up.
So, the user should use only exclusive detergent and dry them after removing water drops.
And, after the medical equipment or medical instruments are wrapped with sterilization packing or
cloth sewing, the user should load them into the sterilizer.
◆ Textile and medical protective clothing should be dried completely after they are washed. Also, they should
be wrapped by sterilization packing or cloth sewing. When medical instruments are loaded into the sterilizer,
they should be loaded on the exclusive tray. The packaged cotton should be stood up so that the steam can
penetrate well into the materials to be sterilized. This loading method can increase the effect of complete
sterilization and dry.
◆.The liquid type sterilization is safe to use exclusive sterilization container. Borosilicate glass bottles are
very suitable for use as liquid sterilization containers because borosilicate glass is resistant to high
temperature steam and pressure well. Just plastic bottles and glass bottles can be broken with ease and
transformed during sterilization. So, the user shouldn’t put such things into the sterilizer. Sterilization
containers should be sterilized with the covers open. After sterilization, the liquid may boil over or the
containers may be broken if the user suddenly opens the door of sterilizer.
Therefore, the user should open the sterilizer door if the inside temperature of the sterilizer goes under 70 ℃
to avoid the damages.

3).How to Operate
(1) Turn on the electric power ( power switch should be in the “on” position)
(2) Turn the door handle left to open the door (before opening the door, check to see if the chamber
pressure is in the “0” position).
(3) Put the medical instruments into the chamber.
(4) Turn the door handle to the right to close the door (check to see if the monitor displays “Door:[close]”
(5) Choose the sterilization program according to kinds of materials loaded into the chamber.
Ex: Choice of machinery or packaged textile : Program Mode 1
Rubber gloves or kind of silicon tube: Program Mode 2
(6) Check if the jacket (boiler) pressure is preheated enough before pressing the start button.
When program mode-1 /2 is used, jacket preheating: more than 2.0 kgf/㎠

light, the monitor displays the message of “ERROR-14.” After the user resets the error, he/she should wait
until the boiler pressure rises.
(14).. FAIL
If the user presses the STOP button randomly during operation, or if the error occurs because of unsafe
conditions of operational environment during operation, “FAIL” led lights up. For initialization,
press the STOP button.
If all process has completed, open the door and take out the sterilized
Materials from the chamber.
◆ At this time, the user should check if a little bit of steam or humidity in the
Chamber leaves. If so,the user should try again only the dry process with
Program Mode-3 because the dry time lacks for this process.Never try to open
the door during operation.
It causes problems like burn.
Open the door after checking if the pressure gauge guide is located at “0.”
When the user loads or takes out the materials, handle the materials after wearing protective gloves and
a protective gown.

● The completely sterilized materials must be kept in the exclusive depository blocking the influx of outdoor
air. This depository should be set up at the place where patients and outsiders don't enter.

● A user must surely check the expiration date of sterilized materials before using the sterilized materials
stored in the exclusive depository. However, if the user finds something wrong with the materials,
he/she should sterilize them again.
● A user should turn the power supply off after using the sterilizer.

10) Use the equipment only the person in charge or medical equipment expert.
11) When a user sterilizes the packaging materials, do let the exterior parts of the pack not to touch
the walls of the sterilizer room.
12) A user must not sterilize explosive, volatile, flammable, or toxic materials.
13) A user must keep the following factors for the sterilization of liquids.
① Use porous lids. Do not use screw caps or rubber stoppers.
② Use only borosilicate glass bottles. Do not use normal glass bottles or containers that are not made for
sterilization.
③ Do not open the sterilizer door widely soon after the sterilization cycle is complete.
Just wait about 10 minutes with the sterilizer door a little bit open.
④ Do not shake or move a hot bottle. It might burst the bottle
14) After using the equipment, clean the outside of the sterilizer and the inside of the chamber all the time.
15) Do not set up this equipment on the outside of a building that temperature change often happens
(It can cause the occurrence of errors).
16) Avoid installing in places exposed to direct sunlight. And, do not set up the equipment in places where
high temperatures occur.
17) The equipment must be set up in the inside of a building having a good flow of ventilation and in the
places where patients and people don't often pass through.
18) The sterilizer must absolutely have ground connection for use. A user should turn off the power
when it is not used.
19) Operating environmental conditions: relative humidity ranges(30~75℃),
surrounding temperature ranges(10~40℃), atmospheric pressure ranges
(70~106kpa)

8. Failures and Countermeasures
1) Occurrence of Errors
If an error occurs while the equipment is working, the user should follow the following countermeasures.
Do not try to disassemble or repair the equipment by force.

Error-01 : Perception of water level in steam generating device (boiler)Sensor disorder or sensor
malfunction
User : Inquiry to manufacturer or agency.
Engineer : Operate it again after discharging water which is inpoured into the boiler
First, disassemble the water level tank. Check it in the following order.
-Check if the level of step 3 on the monitor is being marked, moving circle type of air bladder of
the water level above and below. In the state that water level is moving, replace the air bladder
if there is no change of level on the monitor.
-Check if some sediments or scales are inside the water level tank. Operate it again after
removing them if they exist there.
-Separate the connector of the main control board. If the user uses the multi-tester,
he/she can check the point between above and below when the air bladder moves.
Next, replace it with a new one if it has a problem.

Erro-02 : Heater overheating inside the steam generating device (boiler):
(temperature sensor TS3 perceives that it exceeded 142 ℃)
User : First, turn off the power supply. After 10 minutes, turn on the power supply.
Be sure to check whether or not the water level of boiler is over step 3 Also, check
if preheating system works normally.
Engineer : Check if water into the boiler is being supplied normally. ( In lower water level step,
check if water supply pump works normally.) Check the heater temperature sensor (TS3).
If it has a problem, replace it with a new one ( when the boiler pressure is 2kgf/cm2,
temperature range is marked as 132~135 ℃)

Error-22: Jacket temperature has exceeded the desired (set) temperature. (temperature sensor TS2
Perceives that it exceeded 142℃)
User : First, cool the equipment enough. After that, operate it again .
Engineer : When jacket pressure is 2.0bar, temperature range should be between 132~135℃
If temperature is higher than pressure, decrease the temperature as turning the VR resistance R7
of main board to the right .If temperature and pressure has risen over 2.5 Bar, check
the temperature sensor TS2 of steam generating device.

Error-03 : Bad door lock condition (malfunction)
User : -Check if the door is fully closed.
-Check if the monitor displays the door message of “Door[CLOSE]” in the state that
the door is closed.
Engineer : -Check DOOR sensor. If it has a problem, replace it with a new one.
-Check if the interval between the sensor and DOOR PLATE is proper. (Adjust the interval of
Door sensor, closing the door and checking the message Door[CLOSE] on the monitor.)
-Check if the Door sensor normally perceives as using the multi-tester. If it has a breakdown,
replace it with a new one.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Error-04: Deviation of Sterilization Temperature,
TS1 temperature sensor has exceeded established sterilization temperature (+3℃).
User : -Check if the materials to be sterilized are more than 70% inside the chamber.
If they are over than 70%, remove them under than 70% inside it. And, operate it again.
Engineer : -Check if chamber pressure is higher than the established sterilization temperature and pressure.
Chamber sterilization pressure should keep 1.9~2.0bar when sterilized at 134℃. But, Some error
occurs if it continually rises over 2.2bar.Check if steam is put into the inside of chamber in the
state that solenoid valve SV1 is off. After user checks it, replace it with a new one
if it has a problem.

Error-40 : Sterilization temperature deviation
TS1 temperature sensor has decreased under established sterilization temperature (-3℃)
User: -Check if the materials to be sterilized are more than 70% inside the chamber.
If they are over than 70%, remove them under than 70% inside it. And, operate it again.
-Check if DRAIN filter inside the chamber has foreign substances. If so, wash and remove them.
And operate it again.
Engineer : During sterilization, some error occurs if steam is continually exhausted owing to the
breakdown of pipe line or parts.
-The steam trap (TR) discharges steam intermittently. If it has some problem or sediments inside it,
it can exhaust steam continually. If it has some problem, replace it with a new one.
-After checking solenoid valve SV2 and SV6, check if steam exhaust occurs during sterilization.
Replace it with a new one if the valve has a problem.
-Check the chamber temperature sensor(TS1) (when chamber pressure is 1.9~2.0bar,
the temperature range of temperature sensor TS1 is marked at 133~135℃.
If the temperature is marked under 133~135℃, increase the temperature by turning the VR

resistance R7 of main board to the left. Also, adjust it to be134 between 1.9~2.0bar.

Error-05 : Water Level : step 1
(Delay of water supply time to the steam generating device (boiler). (5 minutes))
Water Level : step 2
(Delay of water supply time to the steam generating device (boiler). (1 minute))
Use : -After setting the equipment, turn it off when the user operates it first. And operate it again.
-Turns off the electric power. After 10minutes, turn on the power supply. Operate it again.
Engineer : -Check if the pump for water supply normally works.
-Check if FUSE(AC220V,10A) of main board is disconnected. If it is disconnected,
replace it with a new one.
-The pump for water supply and SV5 works at the same time. Check if SV5 normally works.
If water pressure being supplied is over 5bar, the closed part of the interior of SV5 might get
some damage. If the water pressure is over 5bar, a reducing valve should be established to
faucet (place that water is being supplied)
-Check the water supply pump if some error occurs only if jacket pressure is over 1.0bar.
In the state that the pump doesn’t operate, some foreign substances occurs in the CK2,CK3
valve between water supply pump and steam generating device. if the head part of water
supply pump is getting hot. So, hot water might get back to the pump. If so, disassemble
CK2,CK3 valve and wash it. After that, operate it again.

Error-06: In the course of steam supply, the steam supply in the chamber has been delayed over
30minutes.
User : -Check if the jacket pressure is preheated enough. After that, operate it again.
(Program Mode-1: 2.0 Bar and over)
(Program Mode-2: 1.0 Bar and over)
Engineer : -Check if the solenoid valve(SV1) for steam supply is normally working.
-Check if the steam trap (TR1) and solenoid valve (SV2,SV6) discharges steam excessively.

Error-61 : The steam generating time of the steam generating device (boiler) has been delayed over
60minutes
User : Turn off the power. After 5 minutes, turn it on again. And check if the jacket pressure rises.
Engineer : As using CLAMP METER , user can check if 3 Heaters have the current of each 13 Ampere.
Also, as using resistant measuring instrument, user can check if the resistivity of both sides of
heater measures 16 ohm. If the heater has been disconnected, replace it with a new one.

Error-07 : The chamber temperature sensor (TS1) has malfunction. (disconnection in it or it has
a short circuit)
User : After turning off the equipment, operate it again. If the same error occurs again,
Contact after sales service center.
Engineer : - Check chamber temperature sensor. replace it with a new one if it has a problem.
-Check the sensor entry part of the main board. If there is something wrong with the part,
repair it or replace it with a new one.

Error-08 : The jacket temperature sensor(TS2) malfunction.
(disconnection in the sensor or it has a short circuit)
User : After turning off the equipment, operate it again. If the same error occurs again,
contact after sales service center.
Engineer: -Check the jacket temperature sensor. If it has a problem, replace it with a new one.
-Check the sensor entry part of the main board. If it has a problem, repair it or replace it
with a new one.

Error-81 : Boiler temperature sensor malfunction
(disconnection in the sensor or it has a short circuit )
User : -After turning off the equipment, operate it again. If the same error occurs again,
contact after sales service center.
Engineer : -Check the boiler temperature sensor. If it has a problem, replace it with a new one.
-Check the sensor entry part of the main board. If it has a problem, repair it or replace it with
a new one.

Error-09 : Chamber pressure sensor(PS1) malfunction
(disconnection in the sensor or it has a short circuit )
User : - After turning off the equipment, operate it again. If the same error occurs again,
contact after sales service center.
Engineer: - Check the sensor entry part of the main board and pressure sensor. If it has a problem,
repair it or replace it with a new one.

Error-10 : Vacuum leakage test malfunction (fail)
User : Check if the door gasket has a breakdown or some damage. If they have problems,
have after sales service enquiry.
Engineer : -Check the door gasket. If it has a problem, replace it with a new one.
-Check if outside air inflows into the chamber through Check valve(CK1,CK4).

If it has a problem, disassemble it. And wash or replace it.
-Check pipe lines connected to the chamber. If they have problems, disassemble and assemble them again.

Error-11 : While having the vacuum test, the vacuum arrival (-0.7 bar) time has exceeded 10 minutes.
User : - If jacket pressure is over 2.0bar, operate it again.
-After checking the state that the door is fully closed, operate it again.
-Check if door gasket has some problem or damage. If it has some problem, have after sales service enquiry.
Engineer : -Check if solenoid valve(SV6) normally passes steam.
-Check if solenoid valve(SV6) is turned on.
-Check if steam and water is exhausted well through DRAIN LINE.

Error-12 : Vacuum removal time has been delayed (5minutes).
User : -Cool the equipment enough and operate it again.
-Have after sales service enquiry. (Ask for A/S to the manufacturer)
Engineer : -Check if the solenoid valve(SV3) for vacuum removal normally works.
-Check if the air filter for air inflow normally works without problems. If it has a problem, replace it
with a new one.

Error-13 : During the whole process, the pressure in the sterilization chamber
has exceeded over 2.4bars.
User : After turning off the equipment, operate it again. If the same error occurs again,
have after sales service enquiry.
Engineer : -In the state that the door is open, check if the monitor pressure is marked at 0.0Bar.
If the pressure is higher than 0.0 or the pressure occurring when water passes is marked,
user can adjust 0.0bar by turning the pressure adjustment resistance VR(R11) of main board.
If some error occurs in the state that the equipment is not operated, the pressure sensor has a
breakdown or the pressure sensor entry part of the main board might have some problem.
If some error occurs during sterilization course, check if pressure rises as steam is put into
the chamber in the state that solenoid valve is off.

Error-14: When the equipment starts, jacket temperature(TS2) is lower than established temperature 5℃
User : - Before user operates the equipment, the jacket (boiler) should be preheated enough
Therefore, the user should use it after enough preheating jacket pressure as follows before he/she
presses the start button
