What is the relevance of entrepreneur in the economy?

Bill gates: being an entrepreneur is absolutely worth it

I used to be a shy and quiet kid who loves to spend time in my room reading books.

I was often bullied so I grew up introverted and antisocial kid

But one day, I was just planning to teach math when my friend suggested to pursue a career in
computer programming.

It’s not easy to start. I also faced many obstacles before my success including my prediction on windows
1.0. I thought that it will be a success, but it ended that only 10% of the computers are using it.

It was very disappointing, it was not even close to what I’m expecting.

Not until one day, windows became a huge commercial success and revolutionize the world! It even
results to 90% of computers were using it!

From the money I earn, I thought of making a foundation to support different communities. Including
spending money to fix education, to boost education in public health and many more that could help the
economy to improve social change.

Reflection paper

Jack Ma is one of the greatest entrepreneurs in the history of China. Being an entrepreneur is
very challenging, just like Jack Ma. Jack Ma once explained how entrepreneurs should deal with
rejection. Having to get used to being said ‘no’ by the other people, by the investors, by your customers,
by people you are talking to. And yes, this should be expertise by entrepreneurs. It is difficult to think
that maybe no one would be wanting to hire you. But you need to realize in yourself that this rejection,
opens up the world to see the opportunity waiting for you. Rejection is an opportunity in order to get
the chance to prove yourself and what you can do.

Jack Ma once said that in the future, it is not all about the competition of knowledge, it is all
about the competition of creativity, imagination, learning, and independent thinking. Jack Ma’s
motivational message was able to meet the way of how entrepreneurs become entrepreneurs.
Entrepreneurs’ goods and services by competing using their creativity, imagination, learning, and
independent thinking resulting to an employment and more development. An employment may result in
increase of earnings and it contributes to the nation’s tax and spending. They also help to improve social
change by investing in community projects.

It is not all about the competition of knowledge. The more creative you are, the more people
will get intrigue of the new invention you create. However creative must be paired with imagination,
just imagining what will be the essentials of the community is a great thought to start. Thinking of what
people need will help you think of a good creation. Learning is always a part of being an entrepreneur,
you may be right but not at all times. Just what like Jack Ma explained, you should be dealing with
rejection. Rejection should be treating as opportunity to learn, because if everyone agrees with your
service then you don’t have the opportunity to prove it. Independent thinking is one of the first traits of
entrepreneurs have, that makes them want to give their ability to their greater extent as possible, and
that’s also why they’re hardworking people. Entrepreneurs become themselves because of their
uniqueness, that is build up with creativity, imagination, learning, and independent thinking.

The Earth's crust is a shell on the planet's surface that accounts for less than 1% of the total volume. It is
the uppermost component of the lithosphere, which includes the crust and the upper part of the
mantle. [1] The lithosphere is divided into tectonic plates, the movement allows heat to escape from the
Earth's interior into space.

Revised:

The thin shell covering the Earth’s surface is called Crust. The volume of the crust accounts for about less
than 1% over the total volume. It is located on the uppermost part of the lithosphere, which includes the
crust and the upper part of the mantle. The lithosphere is divided into tectonic plates, the movement of
the tectonic plates allows heat to escape from the Earth's interior into space.

The mantle is the mostly solid portion of the Earth's interior. The mantle is the layer of Earth between its
dense, super-heated core and the crust, which is the thin outer layer. The mantle is about 2,900
kilometers (1,802 miles) thick and accounts for 84 percent of the total volume of the Earth. ... The
mantle cooled over millions of years.

The inner part of the earth mostly consists of a solid portion called Mantle. The mantle is the layer of
Earth between its dense, super-heated core and the crust, which is the thin outer layer. The thickness of
the mantle is about 2,900 kilometers or 1,802 in miles and accounts for 84% of the total volume of the
Earth. The mantle cooled over millions of years.

The Earth's outer core is a fluid layer about 2,400 km (1,500 mi) thick, mostly composed of iron and
nickel, that exists above the solid inner core and beneath the mantle. Its outer boundary is 2,890
kilometers (1,800 miles) beneath the Earth's surface. The transition between the inner and outer cores
is about 5,150 kilometers (3,200 miles) beneath the Earth's surface. In contrast to the inner or solid core,
the outer core is liquid

The fluid layer of the Earth is called Outer Core. The thickness of the Outer Core has components mostly
consists of iron and nickel, that exists above the inner core and beneath the mantle, and is about 2,400
km or 1,500 in miles. The distance between the inner and outer cores is about 5,150 kilometers or 3,200
in miles beneath the Earth's surface. In contrast to the inner core, the outer core is liquid.

The inner core of the Earth is the planet's deepest geologic layer. Inner core mostly looks like a solid ball
that has a radius of about 1,220 km or 760 in miles, which is about 20% of the radius of the Earth or
when it is compared to a moon, it is 70% radius. The inner core is thought to be made of an iron–nickel
alloy mixed with other elements.
