years old .How old is my grandfather ?
My age is = 9 years
My father age= my age + 28 years=
9 + 28 =37 years old
My grandfather age is = My father's age + 26 years= 37 +26 years= 63 years

***My grandfather is 63 years old .

B) There are 3346 men ,3145 women and 2985 children in a small town What is the population (
total number of people) of the town ?

Number of men = 3346

No. Of women= 3145
No. of children= 2985
Total number of people = 3346+3145+2985=9476

Therefore Population of the town is 9476 .

C) A store house has 2468 bottles of apple juice, 3134 bottles of oranges juice and 1452 bottles
of grapes juice. How many bottles of juice does it have ?
No of bottles of apple juice =2468
No bottles of oranges juice=3134
No of bottles of grapes juice=1452
Total number of juice bottles=2468+3134+1452= 7054

Therefore the store has 7054 bottles of juice .

D) The visitors at a fair on the first two days were 1457 and 2357 . On the third day , there were
1200 more visitors than the visitors on the first two days taken together . How many people
visited the fair on the third day ?

No. of visitors visited on the first day 1457

No of visitors visited on the second day 2357
Total No of visitors visited on the third day=
1200 +3814=5014

Therefore 5014 visitors visited on the third day .
