    4. WHO: One platoon composed of “BALLJACK” led by PLT ROBERTO BAGANI and
    “FERRARI” led by PLT BONIFACIO P MANGANIP SAFCC CL 105
    4. HOW: Above mentioned personnel while patrolling at the vicinity of Barangay
    Nagbinlod, Sta. Catalina, Negros Oriental with GC 51P VL 96885 26315 encountered
    undertermined number of armed men
