TR-02 OVERHAULING JOB

Preparatory Works
1. 15 Nos empty good barrels to be kept ready.
2. Old filter machine to be kept in vehicle shed.
3. 10KL Oil tank to be brought from PF Electrical on Returnable Basis.
4. Our Dept. Syntex Oil tank to be kept ready with proper wash.
5. Tarpaulin to be kept ready.
6. Polythene Sheet, Kora Cloth to be kept ready if required.
7. For crane parking area has to be cleaned (Cable Yard).
8. 3 barrel new oil to be drawn from stores.
9. For Flushing, old oil to be tested and kept ready.
10. 3 Ph. Power supply to be made available for the job.

Overhauling Job
1. While disconnecting Cables and Re-connection after job, it has to be checked & confirmed w.r.t
drawings.
2. As per WO all testing has to be done before and after the job & readings to be compared.
3. On the transformer top, NIFPS sensors to be checked after the job.
4. If 110 KV bushing results are not satisfied, ask the agency to replace with new one, which is kept in
stores.
5. Uttermost care has to be taken for barrier plates / boards between OLTC and Main Tank. Connections
to be confirmed.
6. Marshalling box gasket also to be changed.
7. During filtration vacuum pump running to be confirmed.
