It's easy to get caught up in ensuring that your guests and participants have a great time and that
nothing goes wrong. Your entire event staff, on the other hand, is an equally essential group of individuals.
Their safety is critical, and you should carefully consider each position and the hazards that come with it.
Lifting heavy equipment, marshalling crowded highways, or dealing with crowds are all examples of this.
Response: Sit down with your event crew and go through all of the possibilities. You can better
prepare your employees by giving them clear instructions and training. What's the end result? Those

background to establish good financial decisions to avoid scarcity that may affect the overall process. The

Response: Make sure to have a full practice with all specialized gear you plan to use during the
event, like reinforcing each significant piece of innovation you need. Extra technical equipment that may be
intended to be used during the event. Also, make sure to have a full rehearsal of all the things that will be
used and test them prior so that you have time to get your head around the tech and troubleshoot problems.
