Your Response Style Patterns

Make a list of the key people in your life (e.g., family members, friends, colleagues.)

Record each individual’s name under the style that indicates your typical way of
responding to his/her positive experiences. Note the percentage of time you respond in
that style. An individual’s name could appear under more than one style.
