Terms and Conditions of the Offer

In addition to the academic conditions, you will be required to complete several other steps before starting with us. This
offer is made subject to our terms and conditions, a copy of which will be provided along with conditional offer upon
successful completion of the suitability interview. Please make sure you read through these carefully as they contain
important details about your rights and responsibilities as a student at the University. Please note the following:
• The university continuously looks to improve the quality of education it provides to our students; therefore, the
university may make changes to courses, any such changes will be in line with our terms and conditions. Any major
changes to the course will be communicated to you prior to enrolment.

• Additional declarations for non-professional programmes will be required. A condition of this offer is that before you
enrol you will be required to declare any relevant, unspent criminal convictions. If you do not complete the declaration,
you may not be able to start your course. The University supports the rehabilitation of offenders and will only rarely
withdraw an offer as the result of a declared criminal conviction. All criminal conviction declarations will be considered
in line with the Admissions Policy.
