development sector in Honduras and other countries of Latin
America.
International experience includes several volunteering projects
involving participatory strategies across urban and rural

Resurgence Ltd./ Barcelona o I performed data analysis for the impact evaluation of DARAJA
Programme Associate (Swahili for "bridge"). DARAJA aims to improve weather and

National Penitentiary Institute o Planned the refurbishment of accommodation, health and WASH
of Honduras (INP) / Honduras facilities of the 24 existing prisons, following principles such as the

2013-2018 o Led a unit conformed by architects & engineers and supervised all
the projects’ implementation phases, including contract outsourcing,
site supervision, quality control, evaluation, budget planning etc.
o Liaised with various stakeholders (e.g. government officials,
detainees, NGOs, CSOs) to assess Prison´s National Reform Plans
(NRP) to improve the living conditions for detainees.
o Four-year partnership with the ICRC, coordinating the design &
implementation of parameters to improve detainees' habitat and
living conditions, including non-food distribution plans.
