Created a quantitative database tool for future organizational reference, after compiling MINUSTAHS civil staff,
military, police and mission cost data from 2004 to 2014.
Designed a comparative analysis document of all peacekeeping missions in Haiti from 1990 to the date (mandate
components, composition, cost, background), useful in the planning process of the post-2016 options in Haiti.
