advantages do those stores have over their competitors that cause you to shop there rather
than at the competitors?

Shoppers Stop Limited is engaged in the business of retailing a variety of household

and consumer products through departmental stores.it is a multi channel fashion &
lifestyle retailer founded by K Raheja Group in the year of 1991 it has the stores &
services nearly 86 In 40 cities with clothing, accessories, handbags, shoes,
jewellery, fragrances, cosmetics, health and beauty products, home furnishing and
decor products their moto is “ To be a global retailer in india and maintain no 1
position in the indian market in the department store category” Shoppers Stop is an
Indian department store chain
The main reason to choose shoppers stop over thier various competitors are:

 The store offers me wide range of diverse products and good quality of products
which are at its best.

 Shoppersstop store having the different sectors that are likely clothing,
accessories, handbags, shoes, jewellery, fragrances, cosmetics, health and
beauty products, home furnishing and decor products which is very unique from
other retail store which are kept in one roof and availabile at same place with
less cost over the compititors

 The store brought a new technology which helps to shop in the online services
where I can sit in the home do the shopping everything at everywhere they
created a slogon of “everything at everywhere” it majorly serves An e-store with
delivery across major cities in India it was actually launched in 2008, with a
smartphone app in 2016

 Shopperstop avails the products mainly focuses on every level of income which
they could able to purchase and make them happy of their offerdable price
compared to the other retailers store like trends, pantaloons, etc which they are
not succesful because of their strategy of marketing
 The store also offers a great sales days in a month they can able to buy with low
of cost and also in the festival seasion prices of the goods are very low even I
have purchased the products in a sales which are geniun brand with low cost
 The another reason why I purchase the products in shopperstop is they treat the
customer in a good manner and they take a feedback from every customer about
their product if the clothes is not fitted they are having the return option where
the other stores doesnt exit this return policy.
 Shopper stop offers me a buy one get one free option which is helpful for buyer
to buy more and it allows the different type of payment modes
 shopperstop allows the customers to buy the products through ordering from
online. Another advantage that store is providing is “Free Delivery”. The
customers who buys the products on webite or app will get free delivery this is
another unique feature which other compititors doesnt have in my perception
 In shopperstop Customers are not necessaryto feel hurry in purchasing different
segmental products at different places. The store provides all the products under
one roof. It also facilitates the “Lift” where people can avoid climbing steps and
henceforth saves their time.
 It also take care of the loyal customer where thier interests and needs and wants
and they make sure that they get fullfilled by their products.

By this I would like to conclude that shopperstop is coming with a unique strategy of
it sales accessability through online also. As a frequent customer I would like visit the
store as every product gave me fulfillment of my need where I get all tye of products
or goods in one store.even though there are multiple retail stores I am very much
satisfied only in shopperstop.
