Important
Parts which are under vacuum must be protected from contact with organic packaging materials such
as wood, cardboard, paper, etc. by means of a PE film. Corrosion protection using oil is strictly
forbidden here.
Any long-term packing requirements (> 1 year) must be made in consultation with Oerlikon Advanced
Technologies AG.
4. Labeling regulations
Advanced notice: The delivery papers and the shipping invoice must be sent to the following email
address before shipping: import.systems@oerlikon.com.
In the event of incomplete or faulty particulars, the supplier will be contacted.
If additional costs are incurred due to disregard of these regulations, they will be billed to the supplier.

origin must be sent to the following email address before shipping: import.systems@oerlikon.com.

In order to ensure the traceability of the packages, the respective GAS label number must be used
in ascending order.
Other
Disregard of these regulations leads to a refusal of the shipment in the importing country concerned!
The marking required by the ISPM Standard 15 must be applied in a clearly visible manner and
should not be in the colour red or orange!
