The Ciutat Vella Hall of Residence is located in the Old Quarter of Barcelona in a lively, multicultural
neighbourhood that offers a wide range of cultural and leisure activities.
The neighbourhood is well known for its art galleries, libraries, MACBA (Barcelona Museum of Contemporary
Art) and the CCCB (Barcelona Centre for Contemporary Culture). Students flock to the area due to its
proximity to many of the university faculties. In addition, it offers excellent public transport links to the rest of
the city.

Booking and security deposit: To make a reservation visit www.unihabit.com and click on “book now”.
The process is finalized with the payment of 200 Euros. Upon admission, this fee is subtracted from the two
months-rental security deposit. In case of non-availability, this fee is returned to those who have not been
admitted. If you have been admitted but renounce your position, the deposit fee is non-refundable.
Exceptions: if a student is not admitted into a university where you applied for a place at the time of making
the booking and can present the documentation that proves it at the time the selectivity notes are published,
then the security deposit will be returned.
