God’s character. How does that change how you talk about yourself and others?
Knowing how you reflect the Creator does it change how you engage with your career and calling?
Does it give you a greater sense of purpose? Perhaps, more confidence?
Are silence and solitude difficult for you? Take some time this week to practice it. Start small with
five minutes, and each day add a few minutes to your practice. Eventually, it will get easier, and
you’ll find that you’re looking forward to it.

We don’t always reveal God in the way we want to, nor do we always feel like the Imago Dei—the
image of God. What can you do in those moments to remind yourself of God’s grace and great love
for you?
Who is in your community? It could be your family, friends, your church, EnneaPath members, or a
certified Enneagram Coach. How can you utilize your community more to help you remember who
you are in Christ?

Which step of AWARE is most difficult for you? Why do you think that is?
During AWARE, we ask you to welcome all the parts of your heart and be curious about them. This is
how Jesus welcomes you—without judgment. Does this soften the way you speak to yourself?
Some people like to get up early and start their day with AWARE. Some practice it after lunch to help
them finish out the day. Others are night owls, and evenings are when they do their best processing.
Think about your typical day, is there a time you’ll be less distracted to practice AWARE?
