Adaptive learning software for employee training: As your company expands its training
opportunities for employees, it is important to ensure that they are engaged in the training that
will fill the gaps in their knowledge and not require training for skills they already possess.

I chose Amplifire as the adaptive learning software to fill knowledge gaps in an

engaging and personalized way.
What is Amplifire?
Amplifire is an adaptive learning software that is based on cognitive science,
learning behavior, and AI to provide a personalized learning experience.
Why Amplifire?

A project is defined as a temporary group activity designed to produce a unique product or result. A project team
often includes people who don’t usually work together – sometimes from different organizational units within the
university.
 Can pinpoint strengths and weaknesses
 Built on cognitive science to foster rapid learning
 Detects confidently held misinformation
 Option to create the course yourself, have consultants, or outsource the
creation of the course to the Amplifire team
 Team based authoring – so you can collaborate in the creation of the
course
 Can incorporate gamification throughout courses

3. Project Timeline
The timeline for this project is 8 months. With the first month for set up and
implementation, 6 months trial period for employees, and the final month used
for analyzing data. Goal: at the end of the 8 month period, the software will be
used company wide.

set up a consultation with
Amplifire to set up a free demo
January-June 2022  For the trial, the L&D team will
randomly select employees to
pilot the new program
 Employees who were not
selected will complete the
trainings on the existing
software
 At the end of both programs
there will be a similar
assessment for each
July 2022  At the end of the trial period,
the L&D team will analyze the
data reports on Amplifire as well
as data reports for the existing
software.
