TLE DEPARTMENT

A. STUDENT DEVELOPMENT
1. Monitored the attendance of all students and teachers with first period in the
Flag Raising Ceremony every Monday at 6:45 am.
2. Monitored the attendance of all students and teachers with last period in the
Flag Retreat every Friday afternoon at 4:00 pm.
3. Monitored the first day of classes and distributed teaching loads and class
schedule of teachers.
4. Monitored the administration of Diagnostic Examination in TLE classes last
June 17-18, 2019.
5. Monitored the election of TLE Club Officers, H.E Club, I.A Club, Agri. Club &
ICT Club Officers on June 27, 2019 in the H.E. Room.
6. Monitored the participation of all students in the simultaneous Earthquake
Drill held on June 20, 2019.
7. Monitored the attendance of all selected students in the following activities:
a. Orientation on Student Emergency Response Team (SERT) at LNHS
b. Orientation of TLE Officers such as I.A. Club, H.E. Club, I.C.T. Club,
Agricultural Club, and ESP Club.
8. Monitored the enrolment of OHS, SPEd, and transferees from other school on
first week of June 2019.
B. STAFF DEVELOPMENT
1. Monitored the attendance of the TLE teachers in the enrollment from Grade 7
to Grade 12 on first week of June 2019.
2. Monitored the attendance of teachers in the Flag Raising Ceremony and Flag
Retreat.
3. Monitored and supervised classes of TLE and ESP teachers.
4. Conducted meetings, short conferences, dialogue with TLE teachers and
other concerned teachers as need arises.
5. Attended meetings conference and dialogue with the Principal and Head
Teachers.
6. Monitored the attendance of all TLE and ESP teachers in the simultaneous
Earthquake Drill on June 20, 2019.
7. Monitored the attendance of Mrs. Teresita Aldaba – School Nurse and Mrs.
Gloria V. Trinidad – Chairman of School Managed Canteen in the orientation
of Municipal Level CORE TIM on IHCP / Deworming held at Iluminada
National High School in Bocaue on June 28, 2019.
C. CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT
1. Checked daily log and all required reports of teachers.
2. Inspected teaching materials of teachers like visual aids and other forms of
students.
3. Checked the General Class Program and distributed class schedule to all
TLE and ESP teachers.
4. Monitored the utilization of gadgets for the improvement of the teaching
learning process.
5. Conduct observation of TLE and ESP classes.
6. Inspected all the instructional materials needed in TLE and ESP classes.
 D. PHYSICAL FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT
1. Inspected the cleanliness of TLE classrooms.
2. Checked the cleanliness of the surroundings and TLE assigned area.
3. Monitored the canteen operation and management of Cooperative Canteen
and School Managed Canteen.
4. Monitored the discipline and cleanliness of the canteen surroundings.
5. Monitored the management and room structuring of ICT Laboratory.
6. Monitored the ancillary services such as Home Economics Room, Drafting
Room, Illustration Room, Dressmaking Room, and SMAW Room.
E. COMMUNITY LINKAGES AND NETWORKING
1. Checked the attendance of parents and barangay officials in the General PTA
meetings and programs.
2. Checked the attendance of parents during Homeroom PTA officers for S.Y.
2019-2020.
3. Monitored and attended the election of Gen. PTA officers for S.Y. 2019-2020
on June 28, 2019 held at LNHS covered court.
4. Monitored the attendance of teachers and students in the parochial church
mass held at LNHS covered court.
