ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST, 2019
TLE DEPARTMENT

A. STUDENT DEVELOPMENT
1. Monitored the attendance of students during the Flag Raising Ceremony every
Monday at 6:45am and Flag Retreat every Friday at 4:00PM.
2. Monitored the attendance of students in the Administration of the First Periodical
Test in all grade levels on August 8,9 2019.
3. Monitored the participation of all students and teachers in the Simultaneous
Earthquake Drill for the 2nd Quarter at 8:00AM on August 7, 2019.
4. Monitored the attendance of all students in the Closing and Awarding Program of
Nutrition Month Celebration on August 5, 2019.
5. Monitored the attendance of (6) nurses from DOH in Bocaue to conduct an
“IMMUNIZATION” on MEASLES RUBELLA and TETANUS DIPTHERIA to 88 Grade
7 students assisted by Mrs. Teresita Aldaba – LNHS Nurse held last August 20,
2019 at LNHS covered court.
B. STAFF DEVELOPMENT
1. Inspected Daily Lesson Log of teachers in TLE and ESP.
2. Observed and supervised classes of TLE and ESP teachers.
3. Conducted meetings, conferences, and dialogue to TLE, ESP and other concerned
teachers as needs arises.
4. Mrs. Yolanda C. Manalaysay and Mrs. Elizabeth P. Saplala attended the meeting
about EDDIS Technolympics 2019 at Bunsuran National High School in Pandi,
Bulacan on August 23, 2019.
5. Monitored the attendance of all TLE and ESP teachers during the TLE – LAC
Session at Home Economics Room on August 2, 2019.
6. Conducted an emergency meeting to all grade level chairmen and concerned Head
Teachers about the topics to be discussed during issuance of cards in all grade
levels held on August 22, 2019.
7. Monitored the attendance of Mrs. Elizabeth P. Saplala and Mrs. Florinda R. Reyes
in the International Training on ( Leadership and Management) held on August
18,19, and 24, 2019 at Hiyas Convention Center, Malolos, City.

C. CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT
 1. Monitored the implementation of DepEd memos and guidelines regarding K-12
Curriculum.
2. Monitored the different programs and projects of LNHS:
a. SPED
b. OHS
c. SHS
3. Monitored the submission of all reports regarding TLE Specialization, Profile of TLE
teachers, Action Plan in TLE and ESP, and Request for TVL Track in SHS.
4. Monitored the implementation of individual class program for TLE and ESP subjects.
5. Monitored the Remedial/Reinforcement classes of TLE teachers to those students
with failing grades.
6. Monitored and observed TLE and ESP classes, teachers, and classrooms
instructional materials.

D. PHYSICAL FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT

1. Monitored the orderliness and management of TLE classrooms, laboratories, and
ancillary services.
2. Monitored the installation of water connection facilities in all buildings of Junior and
Senior High School headed by Mr. Ceazar C. Manalaysay and Automotive Servicing
students.
3. Monitored the cleanliness and proper disposal of waste materials from different
classrooms and canteen services.
4. Monitored the requisition of materials for the tools and equipment needed in
Automotive Servicing in TVL Track of Senior High School.

E. COMMUNITY LINKAGES AND NETWORKING

1. Monitored the attendance of parents during the visitation of their children about their
academic problems in school.
2. Monitored the attendance of teachers during their Home Visitations for follow-up to
their advisory with problems or failing grades.
3. Monitored the attendance of parents during the First Issuance of Cards at 2:00PM on
August 23, 2019.
4. Monitored the Wednesday Mass sponsored by Grade 9 students held last August 14,
2019 at LNHS covered court.
5. Monitored the attendance of three different inspectors/biders on electrical installation
of the school assisted by physical facilities coordinator – Mr. Ceazar C. Manalaysay.
