TLE DEPARTMENT

A. STUDENT DEVELOPMENT
1. Monitored the attendance of students in the celebration of Nutrition Month with the
following activities:
a. Orientation about Nutrition Month theme: “Kumain ng Wasto at Maging Aktibo.
Push Natin To!” – July 3, 2019.
b. Essay Writing Contest of Grade 7 students – July 5, 2019.
c. Slogan Making Contest of Grade 8 students – July 12, 2019.
d. Orientation of students and parents on Feeding Program talked by Mrs. Teresita
S. Aldaba – School Nurse held on July 17, 2019.
e. Poster Making Contest of Grade 9&10 students – July 19, 2019.
f. Cookfest of Grade 7 and 8 – LNHS Covered Court – July 30, 2019.
g. Cookfest of Grade 9 and 10 – LNHS Covered Court – July 31, 2019.
h. Attended and monitored attendance of the students in the Closing and Awarding
Ceremony on August 5, 2019.
2. Monitored the attendance of students in the participation during Career Guidance
Activities:
A. Grade 7 – Bookmark Making Contest
B. Grade 8 – Essay Writing Contest
C. Grade 9 – Slogan Making Contest
D. Grade 10 – Poster Making Contest and Fan Making Contest
3. Monitored the attendance of all students in the Flag Raising Ceremony every
Monday at 6:45am and Flag Retreat every Friday at 4:00PM.

B. STAFF DEVELOPMENT
1. Checked DLL of TLE and ESP Teachers and observed classes.
2. The undersigned and 19 teachers attended the GFAL Caravan Financial Seminar
Literacy at Bocaue, Central, School on July 9, 2019.
3. Monitored the attendance of all TLE and ESP Teachers in the observance of the
career guidance week on July 22-26, 2019.
4. Conducted meetings, conferences, and dialogues with TLE, ESP, and other
concerned teachers as needs arises.
 C. CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT
1. Monitored the utilization of all instructional materials in TLE and ESP subjects.
2. Monitored the implementation of General Class Program and Individualized Class
Schedule of TLE and ESP Teachers.
3. Monitored TLE and ESP teachers in teaching OHS and SPED classes.
4. Monitored the Feeding Program of Grade 7 students with the total of (30) members
headed by Mrs. Teresita S. Aldaba – School Nurse and Mrs. Gloria V. Trinidad –
School Managed Canteen Chairman.
5. Monitored the ESP monthly display in the bulletin board about monthly ESP
advocacy.

D. PHYSICAL FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT

1. Monitored the cleanliness and orderliness of the TLE and ESP classrooms and
surroundings.
2. Monitored the construction of 2 storey bldg.. with 4 classrooms sponsored by DPWH.
3. Monitored the operation and management of Canteen Cooperative and School
Managed Canteen.
4. Monitored the cleanliness made by Grade 7 students managed by Mr. Christopher
Sabdao.
5. Monitored the water installation in all buildings of Junior Highschool and Senior
Highschool.

E. COMMUNITY LINKAGES AND NETWORKING

1. Monitored the attendance of LNHS students in the “Libreng Gupit, Batang Paslit”
project by Hon. Mayor Ma. Eleonor V. Tugna on July 22, 2019.
2. Coordinated with the Barangay Chairman – Mr. Lauro A. Ttuazon Jr. about the pick-
up of segregated waste of the school.
3. Monitored the donation of used Barangay Patrol Service Vehicle from the Barangay
Chairman of Bunducan – Mr. Lauro A. Tuazon Jr.
4. Monitored the monthly first Wednesday Mass for values formation of all students
held at LNHS Covered Court.
