Dear Diary,

It was a cold morning, I woke up to the noise of our neighbor's chicken. I get up fold my bed,
fetch water from the well and chopped a wood to be use in cooking, put a rice in the pot then
laid it on fire. I'm waiting for it to be cook when I saw my mother washing our clothes besides
our water well, she approached me saying "please take some water from the well, I will use it
for rinsing" and I said "sure Mama" l filled the two basin already and remember my cooked rice.
I proceed to it and I take it from the trivet. Around 9:AM, I prepare the food for breakfast when
my father put the viand in the table given by his friend. I called mother to finish the food first as
a complete family, before doing our own things. We are in the middle of eating when my
mother asked me "How's your school?, Don't you have any project?" And I responsed to her
"Still the same Ma, after this I have to go the nearest library to look for our research" and my
mother says "Well, keep it up, just study well and we can eliminate poverty soon" and I said
"You can trust me mother (while laughing). I look at my father and he eats faster because he
have to finish his Job first, to accomplish the house of my tita. We've done eating, I go to
backyard and take a bath. Around 11:00 AM I finished my obligations in house. I take my bag
and put in my back, holding Intermediate Accounting volume 1 book in my hand. When I'm
about to cross the street I saw my group mate walking towards in my direction and one of them
said "Oh thanks God we don't have to go to your house" and I also said "I didn't please you to
do that". We travel together and we arrived at the library on our expected time. We do our
tasks, homework, reading books and sharing our own ideas to fill the weakness of our comrade.

Around 2:PM when we finished our tasks, we go home together to have our late lunch. I arrived
at my house My mother asked me "It's late already, have you take your lunch" and I reply "no
ma" and she prepares a food for me. I finished eating, I wash plates and clean the table. I take a
sit and my mother is next to me listening to the song of birds while enjoying the mellowness of
sorrounding. I go to bed after many minutes and take a nap. I dreamt so nice, it's all about
achievements of my dreams in the very future. I woke up again by the voice of my mother
saying "Val, Vaaal, Vaaaal, get up it's a nearing dark now" and I stoop up and says "Sorry ma, I
got so tired earlier". We both go out from the room and mother please me to fetch water from
the well and cook rice again. I saw my father at door holding a big milk fish. My mother told me
to fry it, and I do a thing. Around 7:00PM we eats together. We finish eating After 50 minutes,
my mother helps me to clean the table and I wash the plates. We sit together at the long chair
while I'm lying at my mother's legs. They are talking about the future while me, Imagining a
fantasy. My father said that we will go sleeping now. I put the kerosene lamp at the center of
table above the stainless plate. I go to the bed, I reduce the light of lamp. I lay next to my
mother, I hugged her saying "good night ma, I love you".
