2. Is sufficient slope for positive drainage away from
structures to drainage system ?
3. Is rough grading reasonably even and free of irregularity
and allowance made for finish grading ?
4. Is finished grade :
a) Cleaned of all loose and foreign material ?
b) Smooth and even in profile (=1" in 10') and not more than
1" from true elevation ?
