2 LTE Idle Test
Red configurada con portadora LTE de 10 MHz, 15Mhz o 20Mhz de ancho de banda (dependiendo de la
zona) y banda respectiva. Terminal “attached” a la red LTE, en modo idle, mientras el equipo de drive test
viaja alrededor del cluster bajo estudio siguiendo la ruta definida. El terminal debe estar forzado tanto en
technologia LTE como en banda según aplique.

3 LTE PS Test
Red configurada con portadora LTE de 10 MHz, 15Mhz o 20Mhz de ancho de banda (dependiendo de la
zona y banda). Se establecerán sesiones de PING, descargas FTP de archivo de 1GB durante 60
segundos y subidas FTP de archivo de 1GB durante 60 segundos, mientras el equipo de drive test viaja
alrededor del cluster o sitio bajo estudio siguiendo la ruta definida. El terminal debe estar forzado tanto en
technologia LTE como en banda segun aplique. En caso que la conexión pierda la sesion de datos el script
debe reiniciar el ciclo. La accesibilidad será calculada contemplando todos intentos de acceso de la sesión.

4 LTE VoLTE Long Call Test
Se establecerán sesiones de llamadas VoLTE mientras el equipo de drive test viaja alrededor del cluster o
sitio bajo estudio siguiendo la ruta definida. El terminal será forzado a LTE y Banda. Cada sesión de voz
se mantendrá durante 60 segundos con intervalos de 15 segundos entre cada una de las llamadas. Un
script deberá reiniciar la llamada VoLTE en caso que la conexión se pierda o al cumplirse los 60 segundos
de duración de la llamada. La accesibilidad será calculada contemplando todos intentos de acceso de la
sesión.

5 LTE VoLTE Short Call Test
Se establecerán sesiones de llamadas VoLTE mientras el equipo de drive test viaja alrededor del cluster o
sitio bajo estudio siguiendo la ruta definida. El terminal será forzado a LTE y Banda. Cada sesión de voz
se mantendrá durante 30 segundos con intervalos de 15 segundos entre cada una de las llamadas. Un
script deberá reiniciar la llamada VoLTE en caso que la conexión se pierda o al cumplirse los 30 segundos
de duración de la llamada. La accesibilidad será calculada contemplando todos intentos de acceso de la
sesión.

6 LTE FTP DL Test (Unlocked)
Red configurada con portadora LTE de 10 MHz, 15Mhz o 20Mhz de ancho de banda (dependiendo de la
zona y banda). Se establecerán sesiones de descargas FTP de archivo de 1GB durante 60 segundos

8 Anotaciones y Sugerencias

Se tiene para este stio que todos los KPIs cumplen con el Target de forma exitosa.

Al tratarse de un entorno urbano, se detectó sobre propagación en los sectores del sitio por lo que se
procedió a hacer ajuste de EDT, actualización de vecindades en ANR, Revision de swich intrafreq HO, y y
cambios en Rxlevmin para mejorar KPI’s de Movilidad y Accesibilidad. Se observa mejora a partir del 8 de
Julio.

Se presenta en la Tabla 8-1 los principales indicadores del sitio donde se observa que se cumple con los
umbrales esperados:

8.1 Mejora en LTE KPI Performance: Mobility

Como mejora de las acciones de optimización ejecutadas y descritas anteriormente, se observa una mejora
en los KPI’s de Movilidad, principalmente en Outgoing_Intra-Frequency HO_Success_Rate el cual a
partir de los últimos 7 días de monitoreo se ve más estable y cumpliendo con el Target como se presenta
en la tabla 8-1.

8.2 VoLTE KPI Performance: Accessibility & Retainability

Picos en Accesibilidad y Drops en horas puntuales de la madrugada que no representan una afectación
crítica y se debe a que en estos horarios eventos individuales de fallos y drops representan un porcentaje
alto debido a la disminución de tráfico en el horario nocturno. Como se observa en la Tabla 8-1, los valores
promedio totales no se ven afectados.

8.3 Anexo: Radio de Cobertura

Como se observa en la Imagen 8-4, el sitio se encuentra en un entorno Urbano donde su radio de cobertura no
debería superar los 500m, razón por la cual se realizó la optimización de ET y accesos.

8.4 Anexo: Gráficas Timing Advance (TA)

Sitio con accesos lejanos en entorno Urbano. Se controla la sobrepropagación con EDT para cumplimiento
de KPIs en IT el día 8/07 en base a las siguientes gráficas de Timing Advance: Muestras lejanas de 6-
30km.
