Acknowledgement And Disclosure Of All Political Contributions

As A Condition Of Employment At Hill International, Inc.

Many of Hill International, Inc.’s (“Hill”) U.S. contracts with public and government
entities require that Hill International, Inc. disclose an itemized list of all political contributions
by every officer, director, associate, limited partner, individual, owner, employee or members
of their immediate family. Immediate family includes the officer’s, director’s, associate’s,
limited partner’s, individual owner’s, and employee’s husband, wife, child, domestic partner, or
anyone living within their household. Therefore, as a condition of your employment with Hill
you must disclose this information to the Vice President of Proposals, the Legal Department
and Human Resources.

International locations: For some proposals in the United States, it’s mandatory that
we disclose all political contributions. We are asking that you use the political contributions
form to disclose only political contributions to candidates that are US based.

A list of political contributions may be required to be sent as part of Hill’s proposals to

public entities so Hill cannot provide any assurance of privacy rights regarding this information

Your signature below acknowledges your understanding, acceptance and agreement to

comply with this disclosure requirement as a condition of your employment as soon as you
become aware of any political contribution(s).
