Wash your body with fresh water and drink a glass of pure water. It’s a symbolic way to
clean our body from “dirt” entity as we ready to have a connection with a pure energy of
Divine. It also helps you to calm and refresh yourself after a day full activity. It gives you
more vital energy.

Wearing loose clothes. Its aim is to make you more comfortable in meditation pose and
allows energy to flow freely without any energy centers and channels that are suppressed.
Make sure to wear a same clothe every time you decided to walk in a deep meditation state.
The clothes that you wear by months even years, contain a high frequencies energy. This
will help you to achieve goodness in every meditation that you were took.

It is good to you to prepare a particular room with special instrument and decoration
which have a purpose only to conduct a spiritual activity. The atmosphere within this
particular room have a lot beneficial to help you achieved a connection with Spirit and
Divine Source. It’s your special “pyramid” to connect with celestial realm.

Have an “surrender” attitude and gratitude. This not being more “extra ordinary” human,
but merely to become your own “nature”; your “genuine” self; your “Divine Spark”. This is
about we have union with our Creator, our Master. So, do not sniffish, supercilious,

5. Don't try to find and don't look his/her face, just feel his/her aura and spirit.
6. Ask for Permission to connect his/her light to your heart and your light to
his/her heart. Imagine a two way connection and then mentally : “Now, I’m
ready to receive the attunement of Auric Energy Attachment Clearing from
… (Your Teacher’s name) perfectly. Thank you ! It is done.”
7. Entering a deep meditation for about 25 minutes.
