Thanks for your recent application for admission to a higher degree programme of this University. It is
my pleasure to inform you that the application is successful and your admission status is:

Mode of Study: Full-Time

Please take note of the following conditions relating to your registration.
1a. You are expected to pay a non-refundable Acceptance Fee stipulated on the acceptance fee
invoice.
b. You will be required to correctly input and upload your educational/other relevant credentials
including NYSC Discharge/Exception Certificate, a recent coloured passport photograph on the
postgraduate portal (http://pg.unaab.edu.ng) and obtain a clearance form online before you can be
allowed to pay the prescribed fees. (Do not pay the prescribed Postgraduate fees except you have
been issued a Clearance Slip).
c. You will thereafter be required to make school fees payment in accordance with the invoice
generated online and proceed with the registration process.
d. You will be required to present evidence of a,b and c above to appropriate officer of the
Postgraduate School for verification of entry qualification and registration procedures, which
commences on 01 August, 2021 and is expected to be concluded on or before 22 August, 2021.
e. Academic activities for 2018/2019 First Semester, will commence on 20 July, 2021
2. This offer is provisional and may be revoked, if you fail to produce the documents in (a,b and c)
above, at the point of registration.
3.  You are required to register for your programme of study within six weeks of the begining of the 
academic year and renew your registration annually until you finally complete the programme. Late
registration after six weeks will automatically attract a penalty.

4. If you accept the offer, kindly print and complete 2 copies of the acceptance form on the university 
portal and return to the Secretary, Postgraduate School, Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta.
