Figure 1, illustrates the process of the study wherein it focuses on the leadership practices
done by the Class Officers and Council of Leaders. The goal of this study is to determine
and describe the current leadership, mainly the student leader’s actions in fulfilling
responsibilities, which can be either be maintained or improved. To make this happen, the
researchers will be gathering data from the specified respondents through a survey
questionnaire. Afterwards, the researchers will go through an interpretation and
analyzation of the data gathered that will lead to the succeeding parts of meet the aims of
the study. Lastly, the accomplishment of this research will be the implication of the results
to the future leaders and to research.
