The Population: the characteristics that are relevant to this study is
that the population be a global business having multiple leadership
levels. Coca Cola Nigeria Plc has been identified as the relevant
study area.

Sampling Frame: the sampling units from which


the sample will be selected are the mid-
supervisory staff and factory staff.

from the sampling frame as it will
be impossible to survey the entire
sampling frame.

Formulated research questions will centre around the effect of the four leadership styles on the performance of
employees at Coca Cola Nigeria Plc. In other words:

1. What is the effect of transformational leadership style on the performance of employees at Coca Cola Nigeria Plc?
2. What is the effect of transactional leadership style on the performance of employees at Coca Cola Nigeria Plc?
3. What is the effect of laissez-faire leadership style on the performance of employees at Coca Cola Nigeria Plc?
4. What is the effect of autocratic leadership style on the performance of employees at Coca Cola Nigeria Plc?
