IF THERE’S A FIRE.. Evacuate the building


►Immediately evacuate the Building

► Evacuate the building through the nearest exit ►Report to assigned Assembly Area.

► Avoid smoke-filled areas ► Try to rescue others ONLY if you can do so safely.

► Move away from the building at least 50 feet away


► Call 9555555 (FSCD), 999(National Emergency Service)

► Give as much information as possible to the ► Don’t enter the building until the fire department

Fight the Fire Explosion Emergency


►Evacuate the building immediately.

► Go to your designated assembly area.


► Fight the fire if you are trained and properly equipped
► Assist others on your way out, if necessary.

► Assist the fire fighters and rescuers ► Call 9555555 / 999

► Take cover if debris is falling.

► If trapped under debris, tap on a pipe or wall so


rescuers can locate you.

Building Collapse Earthquake Emergency

► Stay inside the Building and take shelter in a safe place.


► The building becomes unsafe and
uninhabitable ►Drop under heavy furniture such as a table, desk, bed or any solid
furniture.

► Evacuate the building immediately ► Cover your head to prevent being hit by falling objects.

► Hold onto the object that you are under so that you remain covered.

► Stay away from windows and shelves with heavy objects.


► Beware of utility services failure :
(electricity, gas, water, telephone etc)

Earthquake Emergency Cyclone/ Tornado

If you are outdoors :


►Go to an open area away from tall buildings, trees, bill ►Preparation Prior to Cyclone:
boards and take shelter in a stable position

If you are in a vehicle : ● Listen to radio or television


► Stop the car and stay inside. for necessary instructions
►Avoid bridges, overpasses, underpasses, buildings or
anything that could collapse.

► Seek shelter in a room or corridor in the innermost part prepared
of your home
► Stay away from windows and doors
► Take cover to avoid flying debris and falling objects ► practice drill in day time , also
► Do not use electrical appliances at night
► Retreat to an interior location away from windows,
if necessary
