NOTIFICATION

In continuation of this office earlier notification issued vide No. AHSEC/R&A/ADMN/2020/03/6563 dated
10/08/2021, this is to inform to all institutions which are registered under 'DARPAN' that the following
dates/instructions are to be followed by the institutions as well as the students for completion of the

admission process.

1. Selection List and Waiting List for admission into HS first year will be prepared by the institutions

concerned from 1"september 2021 to 5september 2021.

2 Subsequent to preparation of Selection List and Waiting List by the institutions, AHSEC wil make available
the Selection List and Waiting List through the portal (www.darpan.ahseconline.in) for the students at 11

am of 6h September, 2021. Further, candidates will receive a notification of their selection through SMS.

3. After publication of Selection List, candidates will be allowed to select only one institution for admission

using their Login 1D in the portaltill 11 pm of 7hSeptember 2021. After approval/selection, candidate will
not be allowed to change institution. The candidate must have to take admission in the institution

concerned within the stipulated time period to complete the admission process (from 8 to

12thseptember 2021).
4. Institutions will have to facilitate students on their request, who have not been able to select

institution through their login ID in the portal.

5. Admission process should be completed by the institutions within 8" to 12"h September 2021.
6. All the institutions will have to accept the admission in the portal using Institution Login ID on daily basis

during admission process.

7. Candidates will be able to change their preferred subject(s) at the time of admission and the institution
concerned will have to update the same in the portal on the day of admission.

8. Institutions are to publish vacancy position immediately after completion of admission process to

facilitate those students who have not got admission in the institution opted for admission.

9. Institution shall not involve in approval/selection of institution for the student concerned without his/her

consent. This is kind of act shall be considered as an offence.

10. Institutions shall not allow to enroll their students through other institutions and any involvement of this

nature shall be viewed very seriously as per rule.

11. "DARPAN" admission portal may be reopened to facilitate the admission process for left out

candidates, if required.
