Consider the situation in your organization (most probably the organization you are presently
associated with or if you are not engaged with any at present then your previous organization)
Mention the name of the organization and suggest the following. (All your suggestions need to be
justified giving reasons of why you are making such suggestions.

1. A new strategy the respective organization can think of, to increase its market share in one
of its businesses? (10 marks, maximum 300 words)

2. The possible hurdles that you can anticipate while implementing the suggested strategy in
the organization. (10 marks, maximum 300 words)

3. The factors in the external environment for the organization which can be considered as
sources of opportunities and which as sources of threats in the next three years. (10 marks,
maximum 300 words).

4. The cultural change that would be required in the organization to implement the suggested
strategy. (10 marks, maximum 300 words)

Note
a) All answers need to be followed with reasons.
b) All assignments need to be in MS Word or PDF format. Do not use any other features.
c) Each individual student needs to work in his/her own capacity on the assignment and is
required to submit output of genuine and authentic effort.
d) All submitted assignments will go through plagiarism test and if students are found to have
uploaded text directly from the search engines in the internet or any other secondary
sources then such assignments would receive zero marks without any chance of
resubmission. However external sources can be referred but text cannot be lifted and pasted
as it is.
e) If assignments of two or more students are found to be same, then all the students involved
would receive zero marks without any chance of resubmission. There would be no discussion
further about who copied from whom or if those students have discussed the assignment
together and by mistake such unload has happened. Hence all students are to be alert and
conscious about what is been submitted as their own assignment.
f) Please be assured, there is no risk in mentioning the name of the organization as all the
submissions will be available only to the respective faculty for academic evaluation.
