INVITATION AND LETTER OF REQUEST

NARRATIVE REPORT

Dissemination of Information and invitations is one

important thing to consider when doing such plan
activities so that other people and groups inform about
the purpose of such activities. It is also the tool of
accessing opportunities and whatever chances may offer
of the resources lacking in the operation of the
programs. As such, the committees and SGC tried to
invite individuals and groups who potentially provide the
needed resources and willingly help to make the school
ready from the opening of classes. As they received the
invitation they immediately respond and willingly help
and donate such needed resources for the whole
maintenance week.
