The basic aim of this study is to investigate the impact of ELS on JS with Green HRM and psychological safety as mediator In
public sector health organization.
A quantative approach was applied whereas data was collected through questionnaire and tested through AMOS applying
CFA analysis. Social exchange theory was applied to build the them of the study.

Social exchange theory, (Blau, 1964) it is contended that as ethical leaders are considered to be fair, moral and genuine, they will
treat employees fairly. Using SET the theme of the study was made.

Fair treatment with employees will enhance the inner satisfaction of employees. When employees feel that their boss is more
concerned about employees, they are treating them ethically, their commitment increases. (Ahmad, Donia, Khan and Waris,
2018). This leads to first hypothesis

H1. ELS will have positive impact on JS.

Researcher working on various features of job, found that sense of ownership duly developed by ethical
leader is creating a sense of autonomy, (Avey et al., 2012). Therefore, psychological safey is a strong
predictor of JS (Hackman and Oldham, 1980).
This leads to second hypothesis:
H2. Psychological safety will mediate the relationship between ELS and JS

Employees feel more committed if they feel that they belong to a eco-friendly organization, (Ahmad, Donia and Shahzad, 2018;
Farooq et al., 2014) , this association increases their moral and consequently ethical leader will be able to enhance JS.
This leads to third hypothesis:

H3. Green HRM will mediate the relationship between ELS and employees’ JS.
