 Do I have to click on the check out button every time I leave a place?

 I have indicated in the interactive helpdesk that I have chronic illness, but am
yet to receive an appointment.

 I'm a pregnant / breastfeeding mother but yet to receive appointment.

 I have registered for vaccination way back in February / March, but yet to
receive an appointment.

 I want to delete the previous account, will the information for vaccination in my
old account appear in the new account.

 My appointment on the website / card the date is different to MySJ app date.
Which one should I follow?

 When I click on my vaccine dependent to view digital certificate it shows mine


instead of his / her digital certificate. How do I check?
