Part 2 in 2nd May and Part 3 in 2nd July.

The below email (dated 1st of September 2019) and related details attached as annexure to this
document.
Hi Mam,

As I have not received any response this matter yet and tomorrow, 2 nd of Sep 2019 will mark the
completion of 6 months; I am raising a claim with date as 2nd of September 2019 and the bill number
as is.

Note that only the ER claim ER/24513/2018-19 is taken up so far against this bill and not part 2 & part
3. Which I will be doing in the 2nd of Sep 2019 lot. Thus 17659 – 5886.33 = 11772.67 to be raised in
this 2nd September 2019 claim.

When I am claiming the remaining parts say the Part 2 for 2nd May, what should I give as bill date- Shall I keep it as
original bill date of 2nd March 2019 or should I keep it as 2nd May ?

As discussed today; I have split the bill in to three. The first part I have claimed on 2nd March.
Remaining parts I will claim on 2nd May and 2nd July
