Seeking Electrical Engineer to provide concept definition, analysis, and integration of electrical systems for rugged
mission and safety critical systems for Military, Aerospace or Vehicular environments.

Responsibilities:

● Electrical design of products including digital embedded controls, control loop drivers and feedback sensor
signals, and monitoring circuitry
● Work from customer requirements to determine systems and hardware requirements and design.
● Component selection, derating and detailed design in high reliability, server environments
● Satisfy built-in-test and fault monitoring requirements of inputs and outputs of control systems and other
embedded applications.
● Develop and/or perform operational, maintenance, or testing procedures for electronic products,
components, equipment, or systems to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of engineering processes
● Work with or even generate test software used in the prove-out of hardware design and custom test
equipment required for design verification, qualification and manufacturing of custom products.
● Prepare, review, and/or maintain maintenance schedules, design documentation, or operational reports and
charts to ensure that progress and performance can be tracked
● Troubleshoot electrical device problems to ensure that issues are resolved efficiently
● Determine material and equipment needs and orders supplies to ensure sufficient resources for project
completion
● Research, develop, design, and test electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks
● Produce products according to specifications, using the most cost effective and efficient means
● Analyze and evaluate new or improved electronic components
● Includes circuit theory, computer design and development, and instrumentation

Qualifications:

● MS or BS in electrical engineering, computer engineering or related field


● 10-15 years of circuit design experience for military systems
● Proven ability to provide independent evaluations and application of engineering techniques, procedures,
and criteria, using judgement in making adaptations and modifications
● Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint
● Ability to work on a team and with other departments to collectively meet the organizations and customer’s
needs
● Excellent problem solving skills
● Demonstrated time management and project management skills
● Strong oral and written communication skills
● Ability to create technical proposals and present ideas
● Excellent attention to detail required
● Highly motivated with the ability to work autonomously
● Due to U.S. State Department restrictions on access to technology, candidates must be “U.S. Persons” as
defined by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) 22 CFR 120-130
