Further, tentative date for commencement of the Spot Evaluation is

23/07/2018 Hence, you are requested to contact your HE before schedule
date. You will work under the Supervision and Control of H.E. & Chief Nodal
Supervisor. The time of Evaluation will be finalised by him/her. For evaluation
only red ink ball pen be used and in no case, the use of other than red ink
ball pen for correction/evaluation work of answer sheets is allowed.

The previous year experience shows that some of the examiners do not
report for duty which jeopardises the scheduled of Evaluation Work. It may be
noted that as per provisions of affiliation/examination bye-laws of the Board,
the assignment offered by the Board for conduct of examination, evaluation
etc. are mandatory and obligatory on the part of the Principals /teachers of
affiliated institutions. Hence non reporting for evaluation duties assigned
by the Board may lead to strict action as per rules.
 Besides, it has been observed that quality of evaluation done at some
of spot evaluation centres in 2018 (Main) examination was neither satisfactory
nor upto the mark. Because, large number of mistake cases were detected during
the course of scrutiny and on re-evaluation. This invariably puts a question
mark on the creditability of evaluation who have evaluated the answer sheets.

It may be noted that under RTI act 2005 individual can obtain photocopy
of his evaluated answer sheet by applying in the prescribed proforma and as per
schedule prescribed by the Board.

The examiners evaluating the answer books must ensure that they are
evaluating the answer sheet of the medium of their teaching i.e., Hindi medium
answer sheet shall be evaluated by the teacher who teach in Hindi medium and
English medium answer sheet be evaluated by the teacher who teach in English
medium.

It may be noted that each examiner must devote 5-6 hours daily for
evaluation of 20-25 answer books and ensure that all the answer books are
evaluated strictly in accordance with the marking scheme provided by the
Board and with correct question paper set. Kindly, forward your acceptance for
the assignment to the concerned H.E., immediately and ensure proper relieving
from the school while reporting for evaluation and also from H.E., after work
of evaluation is over.

We do hope & trust that you will pay proper attention and ensure error
free evaluation as per norms / guidelines of the Board in the larger academic
interest of the students and safeguard the prestige of the Board. Your sincere
efforts & dedication will certainly avoid any allegation / litigation at later
stage.

The appointment as well as the information to this effect will be kept

strictly confidential by you. Remuneration and conveyance etc., will be
admissible as per norms prescribed in the guidelines for Sport Evaluation, 2018.
